EnginSoft France and Flowmaster France enter into partnership agreement

In January 2009, EnginSoft France and Flowmaster France have signed a partnership agreement under which EnginSoft France has assumed responsibility for the sales, distribution and support of Flowmaster for Southern Europe: France – Italy - Spain.

EnginSoft started business operations in France back in 2006 and since then, has become the key partner for the modeFRONTIER software, produced by ESTECO EnginSoft Optimisation Technologies srl, to customers in the French-speaking market. Based in the center of Paris, EnginSoft France’s dedicated team of sales professionals and support engineers, has been providing know-how and reliable consultancy services for optimization and the integration of modeFRONTIER into development processes, to its diverse clientele in industry, public services, research and the academia in the past years.

The Flowmaster Group is an international association with over 18 years experience providing industry leading fluid systems simulation software to the aerospace, automotive, marine, oil & gas, power generation, process, rail and water industries. With its Headquarters in the United Kingdom, the Flowmaster Group employs 70 people and has offices in the USA, Germany and India.
The latest release, Flowmaster V7, is used by companies across a wide range of industries to reduce the development time and costs of their thermo-fluid systems. It enables engineers to quickly simulate compressible and incompressible fluid systems to understand how design alterations, operating conditions, component sizing and selection and other variables will affect the overall system performance.

The partnership agreement reflects the aim of both companies to strengthen their services, and relations with both customers and partners. In fact, the consolidation into one team more than doubles the technical resources available to EnginSoft and Flowmaster customers in the region and strengthens both companies’ presence in the CAE market.
It also follows the companies’ strategy to continuously improve the support for their clients by expanding the portfolio of state-of-the-art CAE technologies, services and expertise.

Marie Christine Oghly, the former President of Flowmaster France and new President of EnginSoft France, has managed the transition of the business since February 2009, and will develop activities with the well-experienced teams of EnginSoft and Flowmaster in the years ahead.
