modeFRONTIER: Advanced Course

EnginSoft offers tailor-made training in modeFRONTIER dedicated to your specific requirements and at various location within the network.

The course, consisting in two days, offers an in-depth study on how to use the modeFRONTIER Work-Flow and the available tools for the creation of a virtual project space on which looking for target solutions. The optimization process, understood as the search for the best project configuration possible (including, product and process metrics, takes advantage from the appropriate use of the response surfaces and from the decision making tools: input and output data define respectively the starting and arriving space and constitute the knowledge on the points on which to base for the information extension in the whole space. The techniques described are homogeneity, data entry and treatment, admitted formats and possible communication routes with external tools.
The concept of virtual creation is extended to the creation of mathematics able to interpolate the data inserted in modeFRONTIER, allowing in this way the information and function transfer. The study focuses on the use of search algorithms to obtain candidate configurations in a fast way and with enough confidence towards mistakes made.

All the possible Work-Flow schemes are treated: parallel, serial, conditional and cyclical and with mentions of the possible combinations to generate complex models.

Particular attention is given to the treatment of cases deriving from experiences reached in a testing context and to the benefits obtainable through the use of the DOE planning too, to the RSM and to the target configurations achievement.
The discussion is about the improvement of data coming from direct testing - and elaborated by modeFRONTIER - in cases in which the heaviness of the numerical models, requires a limited use of the latter.
